"Grieving The Loss Of A Pet"
Presented for any pet owner who has or is grieving the loss of a pet. Also for those in animal care, rescue, sanctuary or veterinary medical fields. This workshop is an innovative approach for working through the grieving process, utilizing expressive arts. When: Friday, May 9-Sunday May 11 Where: At the Integrative Medical Center for Animals Registration: Call 954-4771 Cost: $95 before April 15, $125 after Apr. 15. Dr. Juday will conduct the course, teaching from her experience and certification in Grief Recovery and certification from Ringling College of Art & Design's Arts & Healing program.

about rescheduling and missed appointments, so there can be no
mis-understanding should the situation arise for you. All of our
new clients receive this information in their new-client packet. However, long-time clients may not be fully aware of these policies.
A thorough medical history and evaluation of your pet takes time. Unlike
typical Western (allopathic) clinics, we schedule an hour (up to 2
hours for new clients) for each appointment in order for the doctor to
evaluate your pet's history and symptoms and for rechecks.
All of our appointment slots each week are generally filled and we have people who are being declined a time because of this. We often have clients whose pets are in emergency need of the doctor's time.
WE ASK YOUR COOPERATION: If
you cannot keep your appointment, PLEASE let us know at least 24 hours
in advance so we have time to schedule another pet in that time.
We schedule one animal at a time. If
you don't keep your appointment, or fail to notify us in a timely
manner that you cannot keep your appointment, we are left with an empty
time slot and another animal may be kept from being seen.
For Current Clients:
vMissed appointments fee, without notification, is $62.00.
vCancellation fee, with less than 24 hours notice, is $62.00.
For New Clients:
MISSED APPOINTMENT: We assess the minimum new client fee in this case, which is $120.00. This is due to the 1 1/2 hours set aside for the first time appointment.
CANCELLATION-less than 24 hrs.: This fee is $62.00.
WE DO NOT EXTEND CREDIT NOR ACCEPT HOLD CHECKS! PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE!
